I love the way the cave opening is in the shape of a bear, or atleast that is how I interpret it.
To me, it almost looks like and eye. Bravo!
Very nice! Love the color.Great details.
Yes, come out of the cave and stop looking at the shadows. It's beautiful Arvindh.
And thanks again for your comments.
What a beautiful mysterious scene.

i think as Carra, to me this painting is wonderful like this ! there's a great render lights, it must be more impressive in real looking (in an exhibition ?!). Thank you for your comment. :)
wow, great perspective/composition
As soon as I saw this I thought the positive was the negative and I was looking at an abstract beaver or similar animal. Nice work -- would love to see it when it's finished.
nice view point and colors ur have chosen/love th contrast between the warm earthy tones and the lush green leaves
This has a feel of a North American woodlands. The conifers. May I know if you based it on anything?
Clever juxtaposition there. Composition. Well done!
Very nice!!
i like the prespective of it; some pieces are meant not to be finished. this one glows.
This is wonderful! It really draws you in. . .
Love the colors and the entry way into the woods. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
Beautiful... Bet it looks great at its full size. The shades of reds and greens are in harmony here. I'm with Carra... looks finished from here. I'd really like to see it larger.
The perspective on this is fabulous! Great job, looks like you have a wonderful start to this piece! Brandi
This is really cool! I viewed it last night and meant to comment on it (but I didn't). Thank you for visiting my blog as well--and for your kind comments.
The previous comment was mine...I apologize. I am very tired!!!
Twenty-seven comments and counting pretty much means you rock. Lovely painting! Keep up the continuous beautiful work.
There is a feeling to it of lying inside a womb, looking outside into the jungle forest. Perhaps with each reworking the trees come closer? Metaphorically speaking, reality is approaching?
Yours Freud C.
:)
Love the warm colors, the sense of depth.- Really good.
Looks like a view from a cave. Finish it when you can and let us see the full version. :-)
your painting has that reddish, earthy colour of indian soil which I soon noticed while travelling there...interesting point of view, once can feel the forest seen from the cave. [tnx for your comment]
This is very beautiful. I like the view from inside the cave...I only wish i could see it larger for the detail. It looks finished to me...what could you add?
Wow! Very nice!
Nice work! I also meant to comment on your painting "Sunset in California," -- the contrast between the sharply rendered, rich darkness of the tree's bark and the earthy, golden-red hues you often incorporate is striking - lovely.
(btw, thank you for the nice comments.)
Thank you for visiting my blog and commenting. Your artwork is beautiful! I love the colors in this piece
It looks finished to me and very beautiful! :)
This is great! Would love to see the finished one if this is unfinished. Did you base it on a photograph or was the idea of the view from the cave ur own interpretation. Its great, please finish it.
Sorry Arvindh, the last comment is mine. Don't know how it became anon, probably forgot to enter my identity. :)
What an incredible sense of space you've created here. I love the view through the cave. I'll anticipate the finished product!
Your submision for the jungle is wonderful and I can not wait to see the finished product. The scene is very similar to some dreams I have had, beautiful work!

The colours and the perspective are great! You can feel the coolness of the cave yet outside you know it's steamy and muggy.

Absolutely beautiful! I love the colors...so bold and vibrant! Awesome job!
This is gorgeous!
Many a time the interpretation of the painting turns out to be more creative than the artwork itself - this is definitely one such instance. Greatly enjoyed all your comments. Thank you all very much!
chuang Shyue Chou,
You are right about the location. This is based on my sketches and photographs at Ash cave in Ohio, USA.
Thanx for the comment,Arvindh
I think the Eye of the jungle is finished.
You might ruin it if you do anymore work on it........
Wow thank you for your comment...coming from someone as talented as you it means something. I love your art especially the trees. I love trees. I will have to post some of my tree photography maybe you would like it. I have been unable to capture the trees in my art so i just photograph them. Kristin
