I used the scripts of three Indian languages (those that I can speak and write) besides English for this work. The one that has the largest font is Tamil, my mother tongue (the one that my family speaks). The next sized font is written in Kannada. This language is spoken in Karnataka where I spent a major part of my life in India. The third one is Hindi - spoken by a large segment of the Indian population.
The scripts are used to just convey the names of the respective languages in which the words are written.

Gorgeous warm colors! How interesting to see characters from a language with which I'm unfamiliar for "Word Art."
I like the color and textures in this piece!
Good thinking. Nice colours. Very innovative.
beautiful script! I love the warm colors.
The colors here are so rich and deep, yet warm! The calligraphy of your writing creates a gorgeous visual apart from whatever the words say. This is quite lovely!
Gorgeous and inspiring. Nice use of color.
I love languages, how lucky you can speak so many! This is beautiful, well done!
nice flowy words! i was wondering what culture you were from, having not read the rest of your blog yet. My mother and I have an internet friend, whom we've never met face to face, who lives in TamilNadu. And also where I teach I have 2 colleagues from there. I hope to go visit India one day with my husband.
